Who I Am
At Zotec Partners I own the unglamorous path: partner files land, get validated, move, and get audited. GoAnywhere, MOVEit, SFTP, HL7, SQL, logs. When a drop fails, I want a reason — not a mystery ticket.
Before that I did NLP and computational social science at Purdue, taught, and ran a student hacker club. The through-line is the same: messy real-world systems, made boring on purpose.
Public labs: file-transfer-pipeline and hl7-toolkit — sanitized versions of the work, with tests.

A sanitized stand-in for managed file transfer: files land in an inbox, get validated, become canonical JSON, deliver over SFTP or locally, and every attempt is audited. Failures quarantine with an error sidecar. Duplicates skip on SHA-256. Terraform for a local Docker landing zone and AWS S3 ingest.
Parse HL7 v2 to JSON. Reject missing MSH-10 or ADT/ORU without PID. Stable error codes so a bad message dies at the edge.
Give Cursor real tools — inbox status, file hashes — from one Python file. stdio locally, Streamable HTTP when you host it.
